We offer two programs that address business etiquette:

Welcome to Work Program for Graduates: This program is designed to provide new entrants into the world of work with insights and an understanding of corporate and organisational cultures, addressing issues of work ethics; teamwork; communication; decision making and problem solving; personal grooming and office etiquette.

Business Etiquette for Professionals and Managers: This programs is designed to provide an overview of business etiquette as well as practical guidelines on the various forms of etiquette that make working in a diverse, global and dynamic environment easier, effective and professional. The program covers office, communication, meeting etiquette and personal grooming and business entertaining etiquette.

Essential Skills for Executive Assistants & Office Managers

This program focuses on developing administrative expertise for personal assistants and office managers, providing knowledge, skill, tools and templates which can be customised and implemented in the workplace to streamline and systemise administrative processes, embed organisation and discipline and create time to manage multiple and competing priorities and an efficient and effective way.
